Eid with BTS: Here is how BTS fans are intending to celebrate Eid

This year’s Ramadan is nearing its end and Eid is approaching fast. Although this year’s Eid-ul-Fitr will be very unusual, one has to nonetheless make the most out of the situation and that’s exactly what Pakistani fans of BTS will be doing.

A number of Pakistani fans of BTS (who are also knows as ARMYs) have come up with a genius idea of how to celebrate Eid with the worldwide famous seven member South Korean group from afar.

As the below tweet states, ARMYs based in Pakistan are intending to trend the hashtag #PakArmysEidWith_BTS. This social media initiative has received a positive response from fellow ARMYs based in the country, stating that they will definitely use the aforementioned hashtag.

Making this hashtag trend in the country entails a number of aims, according to the Twitter account @Btspurpleeeyouu.

Firstly, the aim is to raise awareness of BTS among the Pakistani population. The second major aim is to make news channels and newspapers notice the positive impact of both BTS and ARMYs in the country.

It is pertinent to mention that BTS have previously received coverage on Pakistani news channels and in Pakistani newspapers on a number of occasions. For example, ‘Akhbar-e-Jehandedicated an article to the hashtag #BTSOurMuhabbat a while ago as the below tweet by @Kookies_Cooki illustrates:

Meanwhile, the third aim of making the above hashtag trend highly is to make BTS aware of the gigantic size their fan base in Pakistan. We all know that BTS has fans everywhere in the world but using this hashtag may show how huge their fan base is in the country.
