Bernhard Schlagheck, Germany’s Ambassador to Pakistan, has praised Pakistan’s humanitarian efforts.
In a social media post, the German ambassador thanked the country for evacuating many Germans, Afghans and as well as the nationals of other European countries from Afghanistan.
In the same social media post, the prominent ambassador with more than 300,000 Twitter followers used the hashtag ‘#PakGermanDosti’ which translates to “Pakistan Germany Friendship”.
“Kudos to the Pakistani authorities for the tremendous cooperation at Islamabad Airport”, the ambassador tweeted as well.
He also used the urdu phrase “Bohat Shukria”, which translates to “Thanks a lot”.
