BTS – the multi record breaking, world renowned and incredibly talented South Korean group – have broken a number of world records with a song which was released just five days ago.

Others might say that breaking five world records in five days sounds unbelievable. However, I and millions of other BTS fans know that there is nothing unbelievable about BTS’s latest achievement given the high quality of their songs.

The five records they have broken with their latest song ‘Butter’ include the following achievements according to the website of ‘Guinness World Records’:

  • The premier of the song had the highest number of “concurrent viewers”.
  • It had the highest number of viewers ‘for the premier of a music video on Youtube’.
  • It broke the record for the most famous music video on YouTube in the first 24 hours.
  • The number of views BTS received in the first 24 hours means that they are the only K-Pop group to hold this amazing achievement.
  • On Spotify, it became the most streamed song within 24 hours of its release.
