Muslims in the USA distribute ‘care packages’ to homeless shelters

In the past few days, Muslims in the USA have been incredibly busy with improving the lives of those around them.

In the latest example of sheer kindness and selflessness, volunteers for Who Is Hussain have assembled care packages that will be distributed to homeless shelters.

Through the dedication and effort of the hardworking volunteers, an impressive ‘400 care packages’ have been put together. Pictures posted on social media by the San Francisco Bay Area branch of Who is Hussain show volunteers hard at work while also wearing face masks to as part of health and safety protocols.

In a post on social media a few days ago, they tweeted: “Today we assembled over 400 care packages and will be distributing them to homeless shelters next weekend”.

As the above tweet illustrates, they partnered with the Islamic Center in Pleasanton, California for this charitable act.
