Ali Rehman Malik pays heartfelt tribute to his father, Pakistan’s longest serving Interior Minister

Ali Rehman Malik, a barrister and the chairman of the Institute of Research and Reform (IRR), offered a heartfelt tribute to his late father, Senator Rehman Malik, Pakistan’s longest serving Interior Minister, at an event in London.

During the speech, Mr Ali Rehman Malik spoke of his father by saying “that he had spend his entire life in the service of others”.

He continued his speech by saying that his father’s “zeal, energy, radiance and love radiated in the hearts of everyone he knew”.

Mr Ali Rehman Malik, who is continuing his father’s selfless work and legacy, also spoke about the reasons Pakistan’s longest serving Interior Minister founded the Institute of Research and Reform, as illustrated in the clip below.

The son of Pakistan’s former Interior Minister made his speech at an ‘eShareLife’ event in London.

The event was attended by notable individuals, such as: Sir Graham Brady MP, Chairman of the 1922 Committee; Mr Paul Scully MP; and, many other politicians as well.
